Among the largest international food service industry in USA needed to upgrade the back office systems of their 1,350 restaurants across the US.

En Pointe procured the hardware, which included a workstation, three in one printer, UPS, HUB and external modem for each of these restaurants. Staging, configuration, testing, packaging and shipping was performed from our Ontario, CA facility to ensure that critical delivery schedules were met. A team of nine field engineers traveled to each site to de-install old systems; install, finalize configuration and test new systems; and package old equipment for shipping to another facility. En Pointe’s project management group developed project documentation that included planning, logistics, financials, and scheduling. The project management group tracked the project and provided the organization with daily reporting crucial to the success of the project..

En Pointe has had a business relationship with the organization for over eight years. We began the relationship providing them with product acquisition services. Over time, the company gave us opportunities to earn their service business like the project above.

Today, En Pointe manages installation and break/fix services for 4,400 outlets across the country. We manage and deliver 150 to 200 service events per week on a next day basis.
We log, track and report on this service business through Clarify and we deliver a 92% attainment on our committed service level
